Rebranded, and ready for Startup Weekend
How a YC S25 startup got a full merch collection in three weeks, just in time for their first major public event.

Rebulk had just gone through a full rebrand, which meant a new logo, a new identity, and a team still showing up in gear that didn't reflect any of it. They had Missouri Startup Weekend in Columbia, MO coming up and about three weeks to fix that. They needed a full kit, and it needed to actually look like the brand they'd built.
Client profile
Rebulk is a YC S25 company building technology that accurately measures and monitors bulk inventory, no matter the shape or where it's stored. They're a lean team moving fast, and how they show up visually matters a lot.
The brief
The ask was pretty straightforward: fresh branded pieces for the team, done in time for the event. Where it gets more specific is the brand itself. Rebulk's new mark is a bold “R” with a yellow geometric accent and a clean wordmark. The collection needed to carry that identity without feeling like a uniform.

The process
We got into product selection quickly because the timeline didn't leave room for a long discovery phase. The team wanted a collection that was modern and minimalist, so the Merchpath catalog was a perfect fit right away. After a quick call, we locked in eight standout pieces and moved straight to proofs.

In the collection
The order
- Richardson snapbacks in two styles: one with the bold “R” logo embroidered on the front, one with the full wordmark.
- Stanley/Stella crewneck in heather gray and a heavyweight oversized crewneck in dust, both in embroidery.
- Mercer+Mettle quarter-zips: clean, modern silhouettes well outside the typical corporate fleece category.
- Two styles of tees to round out the apparel side.
- The North Face Stalwart backpack with the wordmark on the front panel. The kind of piece that travels everywhere and keeps the brand visible well past any single event.

The result
The collection was ready in three weeks, and the Rebulk team had what they needed for Missouri Startup Weekend. They showed up in gear that matched the company they'd just built.

“Working with Merchpath was a good experience overall. The quality of the final merch turned out really well, and we were happy with how the product looked and felt. They clearly care about what they are building and take pride in delivering something people are excited to wear.”
