We make custom products to order. Timelines and shipping methods vary by product, decoration, quantity, and destination. The details below are guidelines only and may change. Exact dates and costs are always confirmed on your quote.
Turnaround options
These are typical full order turnarounds (design approval → production → delivery) once your order is Ready to Produce.

Rush: accelerated turnaround option for urgent needs

Standard: typical turnaround for most orders

Sea: extended lead time via ocean freight, best for larger runs and cost-first budgets
Exact timing will be provided on your quote after order finalization and once the order is Ready to Produce.
Ready to Produce = artwork approved, sizes/quantities finalized, ship‑to confirmed, and payment/deposit received.
Shipping

Carrier and method are selected per order based on size, destination, and timeline.

Tracking is provided when your order ships.

Multi‑address and international delivery are available; duties/taxes may apply on international shipments.
Returns & issues
Because items are made to your specification, custom products are final sale. If something is wrong compared to the approved proof or there’s a clear defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, we’ll work with you on a repair, replacement, or credit.
Examples that generally don’t qualify: sizing preferences after using a size chart, minor color/placement variation within normal production tolerances, or change of mind after approval.
